SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVES (ELITE) (Ref Code – SME-ELITE)

Job Responsibilities

a. To market such products and services as decided from time to time by the company.

b. To develop leads for the products and services of the company.

c. To Map the market enlisting each and every business existing in a particular area.

d. To Cold Call to generate business for the company.

e. To achieve the monthly sales targets set by the company.

f. To maintain proper record of the daily client visits and feedback in the form of DCR (Daily Call Report) at the office and also in Office Computer as directed.

g. To prepare and submit Daily & Weekly Sales Reports to the company.

h. To keep himself/herself updated of the changes / additions in the products and services of the company and communicate the same to the clients as and when they happen.

i. To do everything to maintain a fair and positive image of the company in the market.

j. To be honest with the work entrusted on the candidate.

Mandatory Skills Required

i. Candidates must have Excellent Communication Skills in atleast 2 languages, one of them must be English or Hindi.

ii. Candidates must have good Convincing Skills.

iii. Candidates must have the ability to learn and adapt fast to changing market conditions.

Annual CTC – Rs. 108000/- to Rs. 144000/- Per Annum (depending on the candidate)

Package (Including Incentives*) – Rs. 400000/- to Rs.600000/- Per Annum (Depending solely on performance)

*Excellent Incentives will be provided as per the Company’s policies solely based on the sales performance of the candidate.
